Project Description

Fit principal Hannah du Plessis was recently interviewed by Burgert Kirsten of Liminal Consulting, a fellow South African and a fellow leader in the work of facilitating groups of people toward better communication and collaboration.

It’s a great interview. Hannah and Burgert have a clear, honest, and interesting conversation about cognitive dissonance, the difficult place where “the old is no longer valid and the new is not yet,” the stages of change, the process of transformation, and the use of applied improvisation to help people learn how to shift their own situation.
